Roam & Reward

Roam & Reward

Imagine someone traveling to another country—for tourism or work—and needs mobile connectivity (data, calls, internet). Today, that person has two options:

Option 1

They pay roaming charges with their carrier, which is usually expensive.

Option 2

They buy a local SIM or an eSIM, but then they lose their number temporarily and have to change SIM cards or use complicated apps.

WE PROPOSE A

3RD OPTION

We propose a 3rd option

The traveler continues to use their usual number (they don’t change SIM cards).

When they arrive in the country, we suggest they manually connect to a local network with which we have an agreement.

For choosing that network, the traveler receives rewards: airline miles, hotel points, travel discounts… just like a loyalty program!

And what do we gain?

We receive a small portion of the money the local network earns for keeping that customer connected, and with that, we buy the rewards.

what local Operators gain?

The local operator gains traffic and visibility (instead of losing the customer to another network or a foreign SIM).

We make work simple

We are the intermediary that make all this work simply, without apps or installations.

Why do we think it will work?

Because the traveler doesn’t have to change anything, just scan a QR code upon arrival in the country, and they earn something in return.

And the local operator would rather gain a portion than lose everything.

Roam&Reward for mobile network

It’s as if Booking.com existed for mobile networks: we connect travelers with the ideal local network, and by doing so, everyone wins something.

How does our Roam & Reward™ business work?

Q: What is Roam & Reward™ all about?

A: It’s a smarter way to stay connected while traveling. Instead of paying crazy roaming fees or swapping SIM cards, you keep using your number and get rewards (like miles or hotel points) for connecting to partner networks abroad.

Q: How do I use it when I land in a new country?

A: Super easy—just scan a QR code and manually connect to the local network we suggest. No apps, no SIM swapping.

Q: Why would a local network want me to connect through Roam & Reward™?

A: Because instead of losing you to another SIM or roaming provider, they get new traffic—and we share a small piece of their revenue with you in the form of travel rewards.
